The commercial imperative for realising women’s potential in the workplace is clear: gender equality enhances employee engagement, boosts productivity, meets the diverse needs of customers and suppliers, and improves brand reputation. There are more women on company boards than ever before, but they still only make up 32% of FTSE 100 boards and the percentage of female executive directors in the FTSE 100 sits at just 10.9%. Check out the article here

Their vision is to make working life better for everyone in Britain.

They also offer training, help to resolve workplace conflict and create resources on key workplaces issues. For example, take a look at their mental health resources for employers, line managers and individuals.

Our Charity

We support 
The Helga and Laura Women's Foundation, a new Foundation which is being set up to create bursaries for mentoring and women centric projects through the donation of a percentage of our profits together with voluntary donations. You can help us to grow this charity, giving opportunities to women who would not have this chance without your support, as well as in being able to access this facility yourself.
